Refund and Returns:

At IKON Cosmetics, we recognize the significance of facilitating Returns and replacements for online purchases. However, to prevent fraudulent activities, certain conditions must be fulfilled to qualify for our return and replacement policy:

  • Our Returns & Replacement policy is applicable exclusively in cases where the received items are either damaged or incorrectly delivered.
  • To initiate a claim, it is essential to contact us within 12 hours of the delivery date by calling +92 327 4657224. Claims raised after this 12-hour window will not be considered.
  • The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, and unused, maintaining its original packaging and condition.
  • For a replacement to be processed, the claimed item must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date. Once we receive the return, our quality assurance team will assess the product’s condition, and a replacement will be issued upon successful evaluation.
  • Please ensure that the items being returned are appropriately packed to prevent any damage during the return process; they are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
  • For replacement, we strongly prefer the same product and shade. We do not encourage requests for a different product or shade as a replacement. If you have special circumstances, please provide detailed information to our Customer Service team for consideration.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:
Our nationwide delivery time is 48-72 hours, or even earlier, once the order has been confirmed. However, please be aware that the delivery timeframe for all orders may be subject to change based on weather and public safety conditions.

Shipping Charges:
We have a standard nationwide delivery fee of Rs. 200/- for all orders. Nevertheless, we provide complimentary delivery on orders with a value of Rs. 2000/- and above within Pakistan. Additionally, we periodically introduce free delivery and free gift promotions as part of our special offerings.

Tracking the Order:
Upon dispatch and commencement of the delivery process, customers will receive a text notification from our partnered courier company containing the tracking number and related details. To track their order’s status, customers may access the courier’s portal and input their tracking number after a 12-hour interval following dispatch. We strongly recommend that customers make themselves accessible at the contact number they’ve furnished in the shipping information, as our delivery personnel will be in touch with them during the delivery process.
